• Greenhouse – this is a designated quiet (not silent) space where students can chat and eat lunch.

• The cafe – There are two serving hatches open in the cafe at lunch and a pizza/pasta outlet. They serve snacks at break.

• The auditorium – In wet weather, this indoor area can be used by students who have purchased food or brought a packed lunch to eat. It is a space where students can socialise with friends either sitting down or standing.

• Food Qubes – There is a QUBE open on both the east and west yard. On the west yard it is called the Toast Office, and serves paninis, pizza slices and toasties. The east yard food outlet is called Boxt, and serves pasties and pastries at lunchtime and Asian cuisine at lunchtime, such as noodles and rice. These can be used by all students at break and lunch. Students can eat lunch on the picnic tables under the canopies, on the yard, or the fields when they are open.

• Fields – When the fields are dry these will be open to play on and sit on. If students want to  play with a ball you can borrow one from reception by leaving your phone as a deposit. These will only be available when the fields are open.

• Tennis courts – The tennis courts can be used during break and lunch.

In addition different activities will be running each lunchtime around the school. Details of these can be found on the boards around school and on the extra-curricular activities section of the website.
